How do I cancel my subscription?
We totally get it. Sign in to your Verdaia® Portal and tap Manage Subscription → Cancel, or email support@tryverdaia.com and we'll take care of it for you.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least three business days before your renewal date.
Why am I receiving orders I didn't authorize?
Most often, this means your subscription is still active and renewed on schedule. Sign in to your Verdaia® Portal to see your plan and next ship date.
If something still doesn't add up, write to support@tryverdaia.com and we'll investigate the same day.
My account says I have no subscription, but I'm still being charged. What's happening?
This usually happens when the subscription is tied to a different email or was placed as a guest order. Forward the charge confirmation to support@tryverdaia.com and our team will track down the account and resolve the billing right away.
How do I update my subscription (frequency, products, or address)?
Everything is editable inside your Verdaia® Portal — change ship dates, swap products, update quantities, or edit your shipping address in just a few clicks. Stuck? Email us and we'll do it for you.
How do I skip my next shipment?
From your Verdaia® Portal, click Skip Next Shipment and you're done. You can also push it out by a week or a month if a short delay works better. Prefer we handle it? Email support@tryverdaia.com.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days usually leave our warehouse the same day. Anything later (or on weekends) goes out the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout:
• Standard US delivery: 3–7 business days • Expedited shipping: 2 business days • Tracking starts the moment your bottle leaves the warehouse
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email a tracking link. You can also use your order number to track your order on the order tracking page.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Email support@tryverdaia.com as quickly as you can. If your order hasn't left the warehouse yet, we can update the address, adjust the products, or cancel it. Once it ships we can't pull it back, but we'll help you fix things on arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within the United States. International expansion is on our roadmap — drop your email into our newsletter to be the first to know.
